Founding Memberships for Near Futurists
Founding Member spots are limited to the first 150 people. Near Futurists have pre-approved acceptance of membership (bypassing our normal application process). The NF community also receives invitation-only Founding Member rates, registration to NF-only events, and one additional biohacking tech remedy credit per month that you can use for yourself or a gift to a friend. Future planned locations include Miami (2024), Austin (2025), and Los Angeles (2025). Founding Members will have exclusive access to all future locations as part of their membership.

Can I pause my membership?
You can pause your membership with a 30 day notice for a $75/month pause fee
Which membership is right for me?
If you are not in town much then we recommend the Bronze tier. If you live in the Bay Area and are new to biohacking then we recommend starting at the Silver tier so that you can try out our spa remedies and yoga classes. If you are wanting to use our spa remedies at least 3 times/week then we recommend the Gold tier. If you want unlimited access to spa remedies or want a heavily discounted rate for private event rentals then we recommend the Platinum tier.
Is the sauna cold plunge included in all memberships?
No, the sauna cold plunge pods are considered a spa remedy, and those remedy passes begin at the silver tier. You can purchase one-off use passes if you are a bronze member or you go over your spa remedy allocation in your silver or gold tier. You get unlimited access at the platinum tier.
Can I bring my pets?
We love our furry friends, however our space is not big enough to accommodate them. No animals are allowed in The Portal except as mandated by law.
Do my spa remedy credits roll over?
They do not
Is The Portal co-working friendly?
We are first and foremost a wellness space. We are laptop friendly M-F 8am-4pm. We also have phone booths for members to take calls. We ask that members do not take calls in public spaces to respect the sound level of everyone in the space.
