Sound Bath Training

Led by Anwen Baumeister

June 13–15, 2025
At The Portal Mill Valley
& Euphorbia Gardens Bolinas

Join us for an immersive three-day Sound Bath Training designed to give you the skills and confidence to lead sound experiences with clarity and purpose.

Whether you're looking to deepen your personal practice or begin guiding others, this training will provide hands-on instruction with instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes - along with the techniques to create meaningful and impactful sound journeys.

Over the course of this journey, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sound healing, how sound impacts the body and nervous system, and the art of intuitive facilitation. We’ll cover how to set the tone for a session, use sound intentionally to support balance and relaxation, and structure your own sound bath experiences with clarity and care.

This is a heart-led training that weaves science, intuition, and direct practice into a grounded and expansive experience. You’ll leave with a foundational understanding of sound healing and confidence in facilitating a sound bath for others.

What You'll Learn:

  • The science and energetics behind sound healing

  • How to play crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments

  • How sound affects the brain, body, and nervous system

  • Holding space and guiding a group through a sound journey

  • Creating energetic safety and resonance in a healing space

  • Intuitive sound facilitation practices

  • The anatomy of a sound bath: intention, structure, and flow
